Portimão and Lagoa are full of houses built after 2000, often already three phase at the meter. Then a three-phase inverter is not a luxury but simply the right choice, otherwise your battery only serves one phase of the house.

Portimão is about 70 kilometres from us, just under an hour on the A22. Lagoa, Carvoeiro, Ferragudo and Alvor are on the same run and cost no more either. The blocks along the Praia da Rocha almost all have a car park underneath, and that is usually the easiest place to unload.
You see three phase at the meter more often here than elsewhere in the Algarve, because much of the housing stock dates from after 2000. That is not automatically an advantage: with a single-phase inverter in a three-phase house your battery feeds only one of the three circuits, and the other two keep drawing from the grid. So check your meter or your contract for how many phases you have — that decides which inverter you need, and it matters more than any choice of brand.
Plenty of post-2000 flats and villas in the urbanisations towards Alvor. Newer building usually has a larger supply, often 10.35 or 17.25 kVA three phase. That lets you charge faster than in an old village house, and makes the 12 kW inverter a good match rather than overkill.
