The terms for a Volt Base home battery: delivery on mainland Portugal, payment, warranty, returns within fourteen days and who pays the cost of those.

Prices
All figures on this site are in euros, including 23% Portuguese VAT and including delivery on the Portuguese mainland. The islands fall outside that and get their own price.
Delivery
We deliver on a pallet. The two weeks quoted is an expectation based on stock at the manufacturer, not a fixed deadline. If it slips you hear it from us before you pay.
Unloading
You make sure the pallet can be unloaded, or tell us at order time that a tail lift is needed. If unloading is not possible on the agreed day, the cost of a second run is yours.
Right of withdrawal
Buying as a consumer, you have fourteen days to change your mind. Return costs are yours, and for a 143 kilo cabinet on a pallet they are not small — so ask us beforehand if you are unsure.
Warranty
The manufacturer warranty is stated on the invoice. A faulty unit goes back to the maker on a pallet; that takes weeks, not days. We manage the process but we cannot speed it up.
Governing law
Portuguese law applies to our agreements.
